Activation & access

Lemo TV is a digital service. Access details are delivered by email after your payment has been reviewed and your subscription activated.

Most orders are activated within minutes. During busy periods or periods of manual review this can take longer. You will receive an email containing your server URL, username and password, plus a link to our setup guide.

Delivery of your order is considered complete once your login details have been sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Because the service is delivered instantly and digitally, you are responsible for entering a valid email address. If you do not receive your email, contact support and we will resend it.

Occasional delays can happen for manual reviews, security checks or unusually high demand. If your order has not been activated after a reasonable time, contact our team and we will prioritise it.
