1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LemotvApp service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Usage

Your subscription grants you access to our IPTV network. Standard subscriptions are valid for one (1) simultaneous connection unless a multi-room plan has been specifically purchased. Sharing your account credentials with multiple households will result in automatic system blocks.

3. Payments and Billing

We do not use auto-billing or recurring direct debits. All payments are one-time passes for the duration selected (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). You will only be billed when you explicitly choose to renew your pass via WhatsApp.

4. Refunds and Guarantee

We offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within your first 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Service Interruptions

While we maintain a 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance or upstream network routing issues may occur. We are not liable for brief interruptions, but we work 24/7 to ensure optimal streaming stability.
